How do I start using PrestePay? +-

To get started, simply:

  • Obtain the unique payment code from your school or service provider.
  • Visit our website, use the USSD code, or scan the QR code to complete your payment.

How do I get a student’s unique payment code? +-

The unique payment code is issued by the school. Contact your school’s administration to get the code, which is required for making school fees payments.

Can multiple payments be made for one student? +-

Yes, you can make multiple payments for a single student. Each payment will be tracked and reconciled in real-time, ensuring transparency for both parents and schools.

How does the QR code payment work? +-

Each student receives a QR code linked to their unique payment code. To pay:

  • Open a QR code scanner on your smartphone.
  • Scan the code on the student’s payment reference card.
  • Follow the payment prompts to complete the transaction.

Can I use PrestePay outside my country?+-
Yes, PrestePay supports international payments via cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). However, USSD and Mobile Money options are available only in supported regions.
